Step 1: Create a Feels account: Visit our website and sign up to start giving Feels.
Step 2: Add your recipient’s contact infomation: All you need is an email and/or phone number to send Feels. Add contacts individually or upload a .csv file for bulk gifting.
Step 3: Make someone’s day: Send your Feels! Click send or select a future date and time.
Step 4: Track your gift: View the status of your gift on the platform to confirm receipt and track your gifting history.
Unfortunately, at this time you cannot set up a recurring gift. You can, however, schedule a future gift simply by selecting the date and time for when you’d like your Feels to be sent.
Yes. Our default expiration setting is 90 days. However, you can easily set your own expiration date for any Feels purchased.
Navigate to the “Give Feels” dashboard in the Feels platform where you can see if and when your gifted donation was received under your “Give History” tab.

While you are not able to download your transaction history at this time, we do send you confirmation emails to record any donations or receipts that occur via the Feels app. If you need further reporting, feel free to contact us at hi@givefeels.com.

Step 1: Receive Feels: Open the personalized email or SMS message you received to access your Feels.
Step 2: Donate or save for later: Donate immediately ir save your donation for a later time within the expiration date.
Step 3: Browse all the Charities: Explore the list of available charities within the Feels platform to find one that resonates with you.
Step 4: Donate and share: Complete your donation and send a message back to your giver to share your appreciation and the impact of their gift.
Yes. When you donate your Feels, you can increase the overall value of your donation by purchasing more Feels at that time.
Yes. “Feels” are our currency - but they’re also USD (1 Feels = 1 USD). When you add a donation amount to send to a recipient, you’re buying/spending/sending in USD.
Feels cost whatever you want - as a gifter, you add a monetary donation of any amount over $5 to send to a recipient.
We charge a 10% transaction fee on all Feels purchased. Feels is a for-profit company enabling the direction of funds to millions of worthy nonprofits. 100% of your donation goes to the chosen cause so this fee enables us to cover our overhead costs and other general operating expenses.
Feels donations have a minimum of $5.
Yes! When you purchase Feels, you are making a tax-deductible donation.
Yes. We email you a donation confirmation that includes an official tax receipt for your records. You can also download a PDF of your receipt from your account on the Feels platform.
Givinga is our technology partner that makes it possible for you to send Feels to over 1.5 million charities. Donations made into the Feels platform are run through Givinga and your tax receipts will reference them as the beneficiary of your donation. Givinga distributes donations to the specific charities selected by your gift recipient.
American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover — both credit and debit. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay too! You can also request an invoice through the platform to pay via ACH bank transfer.
Feels is grateful for your donation and the support of our mission. The budgets and ongoing financial health of the charities on our platform rely on accounting for and accepting irrevocable, non-refundable donations from the public. Therefore, Feels considers all donations to be nonrefundable.
Yes, by default, Feels expire after 90 days. However, you have the flexibility to set a custom expiration date to suit your needs.
If the Feels expire before they are used, any unused funds (intended for charitable donations) will be credited back to your account. You can then use these funds at a later date for future gifting or donations. This ensures that your generosity never goes to waste!
Our database has over 1.5 million charities for you to choose from. You can split your Feels across as many charities as you want, as long as you’re sending $5 or more to each charity.
We work with technology partners and our own team to bring together our comprehensive database and curated recommendations.

Our charitable partner, The Givinga Foundation, processes all charitable donations made on the Feels platform safely and securely, ensuring all donations are considered charitable donations by the IRS, tax-deductible to the donor, and tax-free to all our 501c(3) partners.
The Givinga Foundation follows a weekly schedule for distributing funds to charities:
Individual charities that receive donations from our platform will know the total monthly amount they receive and that the funds came from Feels users.
No. All communications related to your transactions on our platform will come directly from Feels.
The Feels platform has over 1.5 million charities ready to receive donations. Those are the only charities eligible to receive Feels, but if you feel like a worthy cause is missing please let us know at hi@givefeels.com.
